BDSM and The Law in New Zealand

This workshop will cover the field of the law, as it applies to BDSM and similar alternative sexual practise, in New Zealand.  While much of it remains largely untested in the New Zealand courts, Chris has a deep understanding of the way laws are likely to be applied, how precedents from overseas come in to play, and specializes in matters around consent, an essential incredient in all Safe, Sane and Consensual BDSM!
